Meet Our Dentist

  • TIMOTHY SPILLIARDS, DMD

    Dr. Spilliards moved to Western North Carolina in 2004 to begin his private dental practice in Sylva. Previously, he served in the US Army.  Dr. Spilliards is a graduate of The Citadel and Medical College of Georgia.  He has completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in the US Army and the Medical College of Georgia's comprehensive training course in implant dentistry. He is an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and is licensed in North Carolina and Georgia. He is a member of the ADA, AAID, NC Dental Society, and the Western North Carolina Dental Society. Dr. Spilliards is proud to be the dentist for the Western Carolina University athletic programs.

    Dr. Eugene Young graduated with his undergraduate and dental degree from University of Chapel Hill at Chapel Hill. He attended the Medical College of Georgia Implant Studies Course and is a Fellow with the Academy of General Dentistry.
